•  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be moved without penalty.
•  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
•  Same-day cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
•  If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the appointment will be considered a lockout and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
•  Deposits may be forfeited when appointments are canceled or rescheduled without sufficient notice.

Recurring clients are responsible for communicating any requested schedule changes as soon as possible.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

LIABILITY

We take care when performing our services. However, D’bloom Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

ESTIMATES & PRICING

Every home and property is different. Our prices are based on the condition of the property, the requested cleaning services, number of rooms and bathrooms included, frequency of service, level of detail required, and the estimated time and labor needed to complete the job.

We price by the job, not solely by square footage.

Pricing may be adjusted if, upon arrival or during service:

•  The condition of the property is significantly different from what was originally described or shown.
•  Additional rooms, bathrooms, floors, appliances, or areas are requested.
•  There is excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair, grease, dust, construction debris, or heavy soil.
•  The cleaning requires significantly more time or labor than originally estimated.
•  The property is not properly prepared for the scheduled service.

Any necessary price adjustment will be communicated before additional work is performed whenever possible.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the following services:

•  Initial cleanings
•  Deep cleanings
•  Move-in cleanings
•  Move-out cleanings
•  Post-construction cleanings
•  One-time cleanings
•  Special projects or customized services

An appointment is not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on the day the service is completed.

Recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance cleanings may not require a deposit unless otherwise specified.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service unless other arrangements have been approved in writing by DBloom Cleaning LLC.

We currently accept:

•  Credit or debit card through our payment system
•  Zelle

Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Clients may choose to pay through Zelle to avoid the card processing fee.

We do not accept cash or checks unless previously approved in writing.

Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. Clients with unpaid balances may be unable to schedule future services until the account is paid in full.

ARRIVAL TIMES & SCHEDULING

Cleaning appointments are scheduled according to our daily routes and the estimated amount of time required at each property.

While we do our best to arrive within the expected time frame, exact arrival times may vary due to:

•  Traffic
•  Weather conditions
•  Delays at a previous appointment
•  Unexpected cleaning conditions
•  Additional time required at another scheduled property

Clients will be notified if our team is running significantly behind schedule whenever possible.

Flexibility with arrival windows allows our team to provide detailed and high-quality service to every client.

PROPERTY ACCESS

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.

Access may be provided through:

•  An unlocked door
•  A lockbox
•  A door code
•  A garage code
•  A client or authorized adult present at arrival

If our team is unable to enter the property upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a lockout and charged according to our cancellation policy.

For security purposes, access information provided to DBloom Cleaning LLC will be used only for scheduled service needs.

CLEANING SERVICE LEVELS

Regular Cleaning

Regular cleaning is designed for homes that are already maintained on a consistent basis. It focuses on routine upkeep and maintaining cleanliness between scheduled visits.

Regular cleaning generally includes:

•  Routine dusting of accessible surfaces
•  Bathroom cleaning
•  Kitchen exterior surface cleaning
•  Vacuuming
•  Mopping
•  General removal of everyday dust and debris

Regular cleaning does not automatically include detailed buildup removal, heavy scrubbing, window tracks, inside appliances, wall washing, interior cabinets, heavy baseboard restoration, or other deep-cleaning tasks unless specifically added to the approved service.

INITIAL CLEANING

An initial cleaning is recommended before beginning recurring service when a home needs more attention than a routine maintenance cleaning.

This service is intended to prepare the home for continued weekly, biweekly, or monthly service by addressing additional buildup and detail work needed before regular maintenance begins.

The initial cleaning rate is based on the condition of the home and the level of detail required.

DEEP CLEANING

Deep cleaning is intended for homes that need more detailed attention beyond regular maintenance.

Depending on the approved estimate, deep cleaning may include more detailed attention to:

•  Baseboards
•  Doors and door frames
•  Light switches
•  Ceiling fans
•  Bathroom buildup
•  Kitchen buildup
•  Dust accumulation
•  Reachable detailed surfaces
•  Areas requiring additional scrubbing or detail work

Deep cleaning is generally a more time-intensive service and may require most or all of the reserved cleaning day.

Deep cleaning does not automatically include every optional add-on service unless specifically listed in the approved estimate.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING

Move-in and move-out cleaning services are intended for empty properties unless otherwise approved in advance.

Before our arrival:

•  Cabinets and closets must be empty.
•  Furniture and personal belongings must be removed.
•  Large trash and unwanted items must be removed from the property.
•  Appliances or areas requested for cleaning must be accessible.
•  Any items remaining in the home must be clearly identified beforehand.

DBloom Cleaning LLC is not responsible for organizing, moving, storing, keeping, donating, or disposing of personal belongings unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

If the property is not empty or ready for service upon arrival, the cleaning price may be adjusted or certain areas may not be completed.

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

Post-construction cleaning is designed to remove construction dust and debris after contractors have completed their work.

For the best results, all construction, repairs, painting, sanding, installations, and contractor work should be fully completed before our cleaning begins.

If construction work continues after our service, additional dust may settle throughout the property. Any additional cleaning or return visit required due to ongoing contractor activity, new dust, installations, repairs, or traffic in the home will be charged separately.

Post-construction cleaning may require more than one visit depending on the size of the property, level of dust, and whether the home is fully ready for final cleaning.

RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES

Weekly, Biweekly & Monthly Maintenance Plans

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services are different maintenance plans. Each plan is priced according to the frequency of cleaning, expected level of buildup between appointments, and the amount of time needed to maintain the home properly.

A home cleaned weekly generally requires less buildup removal between visits than a home cleaned biweekly or monthly. Because of this, each frequency has its own applicable rate.

Recurring service rates are based on the client maintaining the agreed schedule.

If appointments are skipped, postponed, or canceled for an extended period, the home may require additional labor at the next visit. In that case, pricing may be adjusted or an initial/deep cleaning may be required before recurring rates resume.

CHANGING CLEANING FREQUENCY

Requests to change cleaning frequency must be submitted in writing and approved by DBloom Cleaning LLC.

If a client enrolled in a weekly or biweekly cleaning plan wishes to change to a monthly cleaning plan, the change cannot take effect immediately during the current service month.

The client must complete all scheduled cleanings for the current month. The new monthly cleaning schedule will begin the following service month, at the applicable monthly rate.

Please note that changing to a less frequent cleaning schedule will result in a rate adjustment. Monthly cleanings generally require additional time and detail due to the longer period between appointments and are therefore priced differently from weekly or biweekly services.

Example

If a biweekly client requests to change to monthly service during the month of May, the client must complete the scheduled biweekly cleanings for May. Monthly service would begin in June at the applicable monthly cleaning rate.

SERVICES NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED

The following services are considered add-ons unless they are specifically listed in the approved estimate or service agreement:

•  Inside refrigerator cleaning
•  Inside oven cleaning
•  Window track cleaning
•  Interior cabinet or drawer cleaning
•  Wall washing
•  Heavy baseboard buildup removal
•  Basement cleaning
•  Carpet shampooing
•  Carpet stain treatment
•  Additional bedrooms or bathrooms
•  Additional floors or areas not included in the estimate
•  Excessive pet hair removal
•  Heavy grease removal
•  Heavy buildup removal
•  Organizing or decluttering
•  Moving furniture or personal belongings

Additional services must be requested in advance whenever possible and are subject to availability and additional charges.

REFRIGERATOR & OVEN CLEANING

Inside refrigerator and oven cleaning are add-on services unless specifically included in the approved estimate.

For refrigerator cleaning:

•  Clients should remove expired food or unwanted items before service whenever possible.
•  Additional time may be required if the refrigerator is full or has significant buildup.
•  Pricing may vary depending on whether the refrigerator is empty or full.

For oven cleaning:

•  Heavy grease, burnt-on buildup, or excessive residue may require additional time.
•  Complete removal of all permanent discoloration or long-term buildup cannot be guaranteed.

WINDOWW TRACKS & DETAILED AREAS

Window track cleaning is not included in standard maintenance service unless specifically listed in the approved estimate.

Detailed areas such as window tracks, sliding door tracks, heavy baseboards, doors with buildup, and other high-detail surfaces require additional time and may be charged as add-on services.

Carpet shampooing may be added to eligible cleaning appointments when scheduled in advance.

Although we make every reasonable effort to improve the appearance and cleanliness of carpets, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of:

•  Permanent stains
•  Bleach discoloration
•  Paint
•  Ink
•  Pet damage
•  Heavy wear
•  Old or set-in stains
•  Discoloration caused by previous products or damage

Clients should notify us in advance and provide photos of any stained areas whenever possible so we can determine the appropriate products, equipment, and time needed.

Carpet shampooing may be performed separately from the regular cleaning appointment depending on scheduling and equipment availability.

CLEANING SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

DBloom Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning products and equipment for scheduled services.

If a client prefers that a specific product be used on a particular surface, such as flooring or countertops, the client must provide the product at the property and clearly identify it for our team before service begins.

DBloom Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

•  Pre-existing wear or damage
•  Improperly installed materials
•  Fragile, defective, or deteriorated surfaces
•  Previous chemical use
•  Client-provided products that are not appropriate for the surface
•  Manufacturer defects or improper maintenance

Home Preparation & Clutter

To allow our team to provide the best possible service, clients are encouraged to remove unnecessary clutter, toys, clothing, dishes, paperwork, and personal belongings from the areas being cleaned before our arrival.

Our team cleans accessible surfaces included in the approved service.

Unless specifically approved in advance, our team does not:

•  Organize personal belongings
•  Move heavy furniture
•  Lift large or fragile items
•  Sort personal paperwork
•  Remove large amounts of trash
•  Clean inaccessible or unsafe areas

Excessive clutter may limit the areas we are able to properly clean or may require additional time and charges.

Pets

We are happy to provide cleaning services in homes with pets. Clients must inform us before service if pets will be present in the home.

For the safety of the pet and our cleaning team, pets should be safely secured when necessary, especially if they:

•  May attempt to escape
•  Are anxious around new people
•  Are frightened by vacuums or cleaning equipment
•  Show aggressive behavior
•  May interfere with the cleaning process

DBloom Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pets that escape, become frightened, or are injured as a result of being left unsecured during service.

Clients should also inform us of any special instructions regarding doors, gates, or areas pets must be able to access.

Safety Conditions

The safety of our cleaning team is a priority. DBloom Cleaning LLC reserves the right to decline, pause, or stop service if unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions are present.

These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

•  Aggressive animals
•  Hazardous materials
•  Bodily fluids
•  Mold requiring specialized remediation
•  Severe pest infestations
•  Unsafe structural conditions
•  Illegal substances
•  Dangerous chemicals
•  Excessive heat or unsafe working conditions
•  Conditions outside the scope of standard cleaning services

Specialized remediation, biohazard cleaning, mold treatment, pest-related cleanup, and hazardous material removal are not included in standard residential or commercial cleaning services.

If service must be stopped due to unsafe conditions, charges may still apply for the reserved appointment time and any work already performed.

Fragile Items, Valuable Items & Damages

Our team is trained to work carefully and respectfully in every property. Clients are responsible for notifying us in advance about fragile items, valuable belongings, unstable decorations, loose fixtures, damaged furniture, delicate surfaces, or items requiring special care.

Clients are encouraged to safely store fragile, irreplaceable, or valuable items before the cleaning appointment.

DBloom Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

•  Normal wear and tear
•  Pre-existing damage
•  Loose, unstable, broken, or improperly installed items
•  Fragile items not properly secured before service
•  Surfaces weakened by age, moisture, previous chemical use, or improper maintenance
•  Items placed in unsafe locations
•  Defective furniture, fixtures, flooring, or household materials

Any concern regarding possible accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the completed cleaning service.

Reports received after this time may limit our ability to investigate the concern properly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If an area included in your approved cleaning service was missed or requires attention, please notify DBloom Cleaning LLC within 24 hours of the completed appointment.

When appropriate, we may return to address the missed area at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to tasks and areas included in the originally approved service. Requests for additional tasks, detail work, add-ons, or areas outside the approved cleaning scope may require an additional fee.

We do not provide refunds in place of allowing our team the opportunity to address a valid service concern when a return visit is appropriate.

Photos, Videos & Marketing Content

DBloom Cleaning LLC may take before-and-after photos or short videos of the areas being serviced for quality documentation, training purposes, and marketing content, including use on our website and social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor.

We respect the privacy of every client and their home. Content used for marketing purposes will be focused on the cleaning work and visible results.

Before any content is published, reasonable steps will be taken to avoid showing or disclosing:

•  The client’s name
•  The property address
•  Exterior identifying details of the home
•  Family photographs
•  Personal documents
•  Mail, labels, names, or private information
•  Children or adults
•  Personal, sentimental, religious, or cultural items that may identify the client
•  Any detail that may unnecessarily disclose the client’s identity or private information

Photos and videos will focus only on the cleaned areas and the professional results completed by our team.

Clients who do not wish for photos or videos of their property to be used for marketing purposes must notify DBloom Cleaning LLC in writing before their scheduled cleaning service. Written notice may be sent by text message or email.

Clients may also request removal of previously published content from their property. DBloom Cleaning LLC will make reasonable efforts to remove such content from company-controlled platforms.

Communication Policy

All service requests, special instructions, cancellations, rescheduling requests, complaints, property access instructions, or requests for additional services must be communicated directly to DBloom Cleaning LLC.

Written communication is preferred because it helps ensure accurate scheduling, clear pricing, proper documentation, and confirmation of approved service requests.

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any special conditions before the scheduled appointment, including:

•  Pets in the home
•  Access instructions
•  Fragile items
•  Surface-care instructions

•  Areas that should not be cleaned
•  Changes in the condition of the property

Changes to Services or Policies

DBloom Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update pricing, service policies, add-on pricing, recurring cleaning rates, availability, or business procedures as needed.

Clients will be informed of significant changes that affect their scheduled recurring service or applicable rate.

Updated policies may be posted on our website and will apply to future scheduled services after publication or written notification.

Agreement to Policies

By requesting an estimate, submitting a deposit, booking a cleaning appointment, or receiving services from DBloom Cleaning LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these company policies, payment terms, cancellation terms, service limitations, and approved cleaning scope.

Clients are encouraged to review these policies before scheduling service and to contact us with any questions before their appointment.
